StepBuild a board
A board is a small panel of colleagues, advisors, or customers you invite by email. Each board is a Confer group with all six recipes auto-enabled.

StepBrief the board
Pick one of the six recipes — estimation, pros/cons, compare, prioritize, info gathering, brainstorm. Every recipe carries a Background field where you brief the board in one paragraph: context, constraints, what's at stake. Members get magic-link invites the first time you ask.

StepRead one synthesised answer
The question goes out, responses come back asynchronously, and they're synthesised into a structured readout in the shape of the decision — a distribution, a likes/dislikes breakdown per option, a tiered ranking. You see the cast, the disagreement, and the call. Past readouts accumulate on the board.
